Entrepreneur, author, speaker, event promoter and business leader Tracy Myers, CMD, will address members of the Salisbury Rotary Club on Tuesday, June 16, sharing insights from a career that spans more than three decades in business, leadership, branding, and community involvement.
Myers is also the owner of Frank Myers Auto Maxx, one of the most recognized independent automotive dealerships in the United States. A fourth-generation entrepreneur and part of a five-generation family business legacy, he has built a reputation for innovative marketing, exceptional customer experiences, and a commitment to giving back to the community.
During his presentation, Myers will discuss lessons learned throughout his entrepreneurial journey, including the challenges of growing a business during economic uncertainty, the importance of building a recognizable personal brand, and how organizations can differentiate themselves in increasingly competitive markets.
"Businesses today have more competition than ever before," said Myers. "The companies and individuals who stand out are the ones who create meaningful relationships, deliver memorable experiences, and remain committed to serving others."
Myers is perhaps best known as the author of the best-selling You Are The Brand, Stupid! series, which teaches business owners and professionals how to escape the commodity trap and become the obvious choice in their industry. His insights on branding and customer loyalty have been featured in national publications, conferences, and leadership events across the country.
In addition to his accomplishments in business, Myers is an Emmy-winning film producer and recipient of the National Quality Dealer of the Year Award from the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, the highest honor in the used vehicle industry.
The Salisbury Rotary Club has a long-standing tradition of bringing together local leaders who are committed to making a positive difference in their communities. Rotary's motto, "Service Above Self," aligns closely with many of the principles Myers has embraced throughout his career.
"One of the greatest rewards of entrepreneurship is having the opportunity to serve others," Myers said. "Whether it's serving customers, employees, or your community, lasting success is built on relationships and trust."
Attendees can expect a presentation filled with real-world stories, practical business insights, and leadership lessons that can be applied across industries. Topics will include personal branding, customer experience, leadership development, business growth, and creating a legacy that extends beyond the workplace.
As both a business owner and community advocate, Myers continues to support numerous charitable organizations and local initiatives throughout North Carolina. His belief that businesses should play an active role in strengthening their communities has become a cornerstone of both his personal and professional philosophy.
The June 16 presentation promises to be an engaging and inspiring discussion for Salisbury Rotary Club members and guests alike, offering valuable takeaways for business professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
