Frank Myers Auto Maxx Named Among America’s Top 1% of Automobile Dealerships

I am incredibly proud and humbled to share that Frank Myers Auto Maxx has received the 2026 Automotive Excellence Award from the Consumer Ratings Institute, recognizing us among the top 1% of automobile dealerships in the United States.

That is a big statement, but I want to be clear about something: this honor is not about me alone. It belongs to the people who make up the Frank Myers Auto Maxx family every day. Our Solutions Providers, service team, detail and recon team, office staff, managers, and everyone behind the scenes work hard to make a real difference for the people who trust us with one of life’s major purchases.

Our family has had the privilege of serving customers in the Triad for more than 100 years, and Frank Myers Auto Maxx has been part of the Winston-Salem community since 1990. Through all those years, our purpose has remained simple. We want to help people find a nicer, newer car while treating them with respect, honesty, and care throughout the process.

The Consumer Ratings Institute’s Automotive Excellence Award recognizes businesses that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction and service. Being named among the nation’s top automobile dealerships is meaningful because it reflects the way our team chooses to show up every day -

This recognition is a reflection of this community as much as it is a reflection of our dealership.
